The card is also perfect for travel as it will show you are from China and not just from a foreign country. Noncompliant Identification Cards (NCICs) are designed to spoof or invalidate the identity of individuals attempting to access government information. They are also used by organized crime groups to disguise their members and activities. Although it is not recommended, some citizens may still choose to use a noncompliant id card.
