What is a state-issued id card? A state-issued id card is acard that is issued by a state or local government. A licensee may only hold one LPN at a time, so the first LPN they issue is letter-A and the last LPN they issue is letter-Z. LPNs are assigned letter-by-letter and are not sequential. These id cardsgive individuals a unique identifier thatmitts them access to many important services and privilegeswithin the United States. These services include martial law support, law enforcement, search and rescue, water relief, and environmental management.
