If you have an HDFC Debit card, you may have noticed that your auth id has been deactivated. This is because your account has been closed for some reason. To submit an application, you will need: Your original Montana driver’s license or privileges card Your current Alaska driver’s license or privileges card Your valid Montana state ID card Your social security number Your signature Once you have filled out the application forms and verified your identity, you will need to provide your documents to a border officer. It is a good idea to have both things with you to avoid having to fumble around in your bag to find your id card. To use your card, you'll need to present your identification at a financial institution, such as a bank. The card was phased out in the early 1990s but was reintroduced in 2003 as a more updated model with a computerized nameplate. The card was discontinued in 2007. The card is made of plastic and is 2 1/4" wide by 1 1/2" wide by 1/8" thick. The front has a skeleton keyhole for attaching a chain or bracelet.
