Simply enter in your personal information, such as your name and addresses, on the card and you're done. If you're applying for a resident id card, make sure to answer all of the questions in the application. Although you may be lucky enough to have a driver's license or state ID that details your current address, if your license or ID card is lost or stolen, you may be flagged and have to have your id card replaced. In Canada, the id card is just as important as a driver's license or state ID. You may also need to carry this card when you deliver or pick up stamps or other items from a fedex depot. If you have not received your id card yet, please contact your employer and let them know that you would like to renew your id card. Your employer should then send you an email with instructions for renewing your id card.
