The ADA states that "No person shall be discrimination against in any place of public accommodation upon the basis of his/her disability. The voter id card should list the name of the voter, their date of birth, the name of their registered party, and the mailing address of their party. For those of you who don't know what an id card bureau is, it's a business that specializes in issuing id cards. Normally, an id card bureau will issue a card for either your name or your photograph. They will also put your social security number on the card. The card will look essentially the same as an Australian or New Zealand passport, but instead of a photograph and the usual listing of the individual's name, year of birth and occupation, there will be a photograph of the holder and the name of the card issuer. The card will also list the holder's place of abode and the number of card points they have. In order to obtain your id card you will also need to produce your driver's license or state identification card, your passport-style photograph, your social security number or driver's license number, and your required documentation.
