Government-approved ID cards can also provide individuals and organizations with benefits such as free health insurance, free transportation, and access toIDENTIFY cards and other specific benefits. Id cards allow civilian employees to carry identification with them in order to gain access to secure areas and to perform various civilian-defense responsibilities. The id card program has been beneficial in both the military and the civilian community. The Romanian national id card is made up of 12 columns, each of which is leather-bound and contains 8 pages of information. The first column, labelled "Nr. de identitate", lists the unique number assigned to the card holder. A second column, labelled "Nr. de simpatica", lists the 10 different nationalities that the cardholder may identify with. A third column, labelled "Nr.
